Cincinnati Bell- We were involved in the negotiation
and resolution of claims by a class of consumers
who were charged improper roaming
fees by their cellular service provider.
Circuit City– Currently litigating on behalf of consumers who purchased product extended warranties/protection plans that were allegedly improperly terminated by Circuit City.
Fannie Mae- Currently represent a class of shareholders
who were damaged by Fannie Mae’s alleged manipulation of earnings
and accounting fraud.
TracFone- Currently litigating on behalf of individuals who were allegedly charged improper roaming fees by their cellular service provider.
Verizon- Currently litigating on behalf of individuals allegedly charged improper roaming fees by their cellular service provider.
Westlake Styrene- Successfully represented a class of individuals and businesses affected by a styrene gas leak from an abandoned rail car located in a residential neighborhood in Cincinnati.
Pfizer- Currently litigating on behalf of employees participating in Pfizer’s ERISA plans victimized by Pfizer’s alleged securities fraud.
